Please join SouthEast Alaska Sailing (SEAS) for our first Sailor’s Talk of the 2014 off-season on January 30th from 6-8 pm @ the KTOO Building, in the 1st Floor Conference Room . Our featured presentation will be the 3-year journey of the S/V Songline (Fred Hiltner & Cinda Stanek). We’ll also present this summer’s SEAS Cup race schedule, review plans for the annual summer solstice race around Admiralty Island (the Admiralty Island Rally) and discuss several webinar offerings from North Sail University that we’re interested in.
Calling all boats: Welcome to Wednesdy Night GOTB events - Casual channel sail in in the evening, bring or invite new crew and friends, and if it is looking sunny and not too windy, bring some snacks, drinks and BBQ items or impromptu DuPont raft up. Keep an eye for new contact information on the SEAS website too...communications comittee is trying to develope bettr ways of reaching you!
Due to adverse wind and weather, the maritime festival was postponed until May 18, 2012.
SEAS Sailboats will be at the dock downtown, in front of the hangar, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm for anyone who wants to sail.
