Has there been any discussion on the subject of dinghy racing? Anyone else with this interest?

I just ran across a new (to me at least) black box. Might be a gotta have device .... its called "The Sailing GPS". Tracks current position, destination position and wind direction to calculate the best course to destination.
Looks interesting on the web.

We are coordinating vessel safety checks with the Coast Guard auxiliary. They are a good idea and mandatory for the Spirit of Admiralty race. Please reply with what works best (next week) for you and what harbor you are in. If you see a date post already that works for you reply with that date again please.
