Sailor Talk: The Miller's Atlantic Crossing, part 2

Join SEAS for the second Sailor Talk of the season on February 20th, 6-8pm at the Silverbow Back Room.

Louise and Chris Miller will present the 2nd part of their Atlantic Ocean crossing; the trip from Antigua to Long Island and back to Granada. The trip was from spring 2006 to spring 2007 after crossing the Atlantic. Part of the journey was with 75 other yachts in the Caribbean 1500 rally. The trip covered many of the islands of the Bahamas, British Virgin Islands and ports of call along the US East Coast.
 
This event is free-of-charge. The Silverbow will make their new wine bar available, as well as no host bar in the backroom. Arrive before 6:00 pm to order food & drinks.
 
‘Sailor Talks’ are an opportunity to share knowledge and stories during the off-season, and cover a range of topics from boating repairs, safety tips, and more. These events are open to the public and typically take place on the third Thursday of the month through April.
